Possible Causes

Unregistered RFID card, Cloud communication failure, Misconfigured access control settings, Faulty RFID reader module

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: No high-voltage work is required for this fault.

  • Check access mode: In the Autel app or web portal, verify whether the charger is set to free access, RFID-only, or app-controlled mode. Adjust settings if needed.
  • Verify RFID card: Ensure the RFID card is registered to the charger in the Autel system. Try another known-good card if available.
  • Test offline mode: If cloud connectivity is unstable, temporarily set the charger to local/RFID mode and test charging.
  • Inspect RFID reader: Check the front panel for damage around the RFID area. If the reader is cracked or water-damaged, it may need replacement.
  • Reset configuration: Perform a soft reset or configuration reload via the app. If E010 persists and other functions work, the RFID reader module or communication board may be faulty.
