Possible Causes
Missing phase at input terminal, Incorrect phase rotation, Loose line terminal, Blown upstream fuse on one phase
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Three-phase circuits carry high energy. Only licensed electricians should work on them.
- Verify supply phases: Have an electrician measure voltage between all phase pairs at the charger input. Any missing or low phase indicates an upstream issue.
- Check terminal tightness: With power off, tighten all phase terminals at the charger and in the distribution panel to specified torque.
- Correct phase rotation: If the charger requires a specific phase sequence, swap two phases at the input (electrician only) to correct rotation.
- Inspect fuses and breakers: Check for blown fuses or tripped breakers on individual phases feeding the charger.
- Reset and test: After correcting supply issues, restore power and clear E014. If the error persists with correct supply, the phase detection circuit on the main board may be faulty.
