• Check access mode: Confirm in the Autel app that RFID authentication is enabled.
• Use known-good card: Test with a card that is confirmed registered to the charger.
• Tap position: Place the card directly over the indicated RFID area and hold for a few seconds.
• Inspect front panel: Look for cracks or damage over the RFID zone that could affect the antenna.
• Service reader: If no cards are recognized and settings are correct, the RFID reader module may need replacement.
