How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power immediately if water is present inside the charger.
- Power down: Turn off the breaker and do not use the charger until it is fully dry and inspected.
- Open and dry: Remove the cover and gently dry internal components with a lint-free cloth and allow to air dry for at least 24 hours in a warm, dry environment.
- Inspect seals: Check door gaskets, cable glands, and knockouts for gaps or damage. Replace any compromised seals.
- Correct mounting: Ensure the charger is mounted vertically as specified and that water cannot run down cables into the enclosure.
- Test after drying: Once fully dry and reassembled with proper sealing, restore power and test. If faults persist, affected boards or modules may need replacement.
