Charger has no power at all; display is blank and no LEDs are lit even though the breaker is ON.

Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker before touching any wiring. Verify with a non-contact tester.

• 1. Check the breaker: Ensure the dedicated breaker feeding the Besenergy charger is fully in the ON position. Reset if tripped. If it trips again immediately, stop and call an electrician.
• 2. Verify supply voltage (electrician): Have a licensed electrician measure voltage at the charger input terminals. If no voltage is present, the issue is upstream (panel, breaker, wiring).
• 3. Inspect internal fuses (qualified): With power OFF and cover removed, locate any internal fuses on the input or low-voltage power supply board. Test and replace blown fuses with identical ratings only after confirming the cause of failure.
• 4. Check input wiring: Confirm that L1, L2, and ground are securely connected and show no signs of overheating or looseness.
• 5. Replace low-voltage power supply: If AC is present at the input but the display remains dead and internal fuses are good, the low-voltage power supply module is likely failed and should be replaced.
