Charger’s front panel buttons are stuck, hard to press, or do not spring back.

Safety first: Turn OFF power before working on the front panel.

• 1. Clean around buttons: Use a soft brush and dry cloth to remove dust and debris from around the button edges.
• 2. Check for warping: Inspect the front panel for signs of warping or cracking. If the plastic is deformed, replace the panel.
• 3. Internal inspection (qualified): With power OFF, remove the front cover and check that the buttons align properly with the tactile switches on the UI board.
• 4. Replace UI board or panel: If switches are mechanically worn or damaged, replace the UI board or complete front panel assembly.
