Steps to troubleshoot:

• Identify source: With the cover removed (and power OFF), locate the component that vibrates or hums when energized (contactor, transformer, etc.).
• Tighten mounting: Ensure the contactor and any transformers are firmly bolted to the backplate. Tighten loose screws.
• Check enclosure panels: Tighten cover screws and any internal brackets that may resonate.
• Replace noisy contactor: If the contactor coil buzzes excessively even when firmly mounted, replace the contactor with a Blink-approved part.

Some low-level hum is normal, but loud or increasing noise indicates a component nearing failure.
