Possible Causes

Disconnected Ethernet cable or weak Wi-Fi signal, Failed internal network interface module, Incorrect network configuration (IP, DNS), Backend server outage (Blink network)

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Network troubleshooting does not usually require power-off, but avoid opening the unit while energized unless necessary.

Steps to troubleshoot:

  • Check physical connections: For Ethernet-connected Blink chargers, verify the cable is plugged in at both ends and the port LEDs are active.
  • Wi-Fi signal: For Wi-Fi models, ensure the access point is within range and functioning. Test with a phone or laptop at the charger location.
  • Reboot network gear: Power cycle the router/switch and then the Blink charger.
  • Verify network settings: Using the Blink interface, confirm SSID, password, and IP settings are correct. For static IP, ensure gateway and DNS are valid.
  • Check Blink service status: If other chargers or the Blink app show issues, there may be a backend outage.

If E15 persists with a known-good network, the internal network interface (Ethernet/Wi-Fi module or main board) may be defective and require replacement.
