Safety first: RFID troubleshooting is low-voltage; do not open the charger while powered.

• Present card correctly: Hold the card flat against the marked RFID area for a few seconds instead of swiping quickly.
• Try another card: Use a different authorized card or tag to rule out card damage.
• Remove nearby metal: Avoid placing metal signs, brackets, or other devices directly in front of the reader area.
• Power-cycle: Turn off the breaker for 2 minutes, then restore power and test again.
• Replace RFID module: If detection remains unreliable, the RFID reader module may need replacement.
