Safety first: Network issues are low risk, but do not open the charger while energized.

Steps to try:

• Check Wi‑Fi signal: Ensure your router is within range of the charger. If possible, move the router closer or add a Wi‑Fi extender.
• Reboot network: Power cycle your router and modem, then power cycle the charger by turning its breaker OFF for 2 minutes and ON.
• Re-pair in app: Use the Cadillac charging app (if applicable) to remove and re-add the charger, following the pairing instructions.

When to call a technician: If E11 persists and you cannot connect the charger to the network, the internal communication module may need replacement. Contact Cadillac support for module or board replacement options.
