How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: If the vehicle and app show charging has stopped, this is likely a display issue.
- Step 1 – Verify with app:
- Check the ChargePoint app to confirm that power draw is zero and the session has ended.
- Step 2 – Power cycle:
- Turn OFF the breaker for 30 seconds, then turn it back ON.
- See if LED behavior returns to normal.
- Step 3 – Firmware update:
- Ensure the charger firmware is up to date via the app.
- Step 4 – UI board replacement:
- If the issue persists and is bothersome, replace the user interface / LED board.
