Charger LED ring stays in "charging" color even after vehicle is fully charged and has stopped drawing power.

Note: If the vehicle and app show charging has stopped, this is likely a display issue.

• Step 1 – Verify with app:
  • Check the ChargePoint app to confirm that power draw is zero and the session has ended.
• Step 2 – Power cycle:
  • Turn OFF the breaker for 30 seconds, then turn it back ON.
  • See if LED behavior returns to normal.
• Step 3 – Firmware update:
  • Ensure the charger firmware is up to date via the app.
• Step 4 – UI board replacement:
  • If the issue persists and is bothersome, replace the user interface / LED board.
