Note: Charging is usually unaffected; issue is with monitoring/control.
- Step 1 – Improve Wi-Fi:
- Move router closer or install a Wi-Fi extender near the charger.
- Step 2 – Router settings:
- Disable aggressive power-saving or band-steering features that may drop IoT devices.
- Step 3 – Fixed channel:
- Set your router to a fixed, less congested 2.4 GHz channel.
- Step 4 – Firmware update:
- Update both router and charger firmware.
- Step 5 – Replace Wi-Fi module:
- If other devices are stable but the charger is not, replace the internal Wi-Fi module.
