How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Internal servicing should be done only by qualified personnel with power disconnected.
- Step 1 – De-energize:
- Turn OFF the breaker and verify power is off.
- Step 2 – Inspect internal connectors:
- Open the housing and locate the main control board and any separate power board.
- Check ribbon cables and multi-pin connectors for secure seating.
- Disconnect and reconnect connectors to wipe contacts.
- Step 3 – Visual inspection:
- Look for corrosion, bent pins, or physical damage on connectors.
- Step 4 – Power up and test:
- Reassemble, restore power, and see if the error clears.
- Step 5 – Board replacement:
- If the fault persists, either the main control board or power board is defective.
