• Step 1 – Support unit:
  • Gently support the charger while inspecting mounting hardware.
• Step 2 – Tighten hardware:
  • Use appropriate tools to snug all mounting screws.
• Step 3 – Upgrade anchors:
  • If screws are in drywall only, reinstall using lag bolts into studs or appropriate masonry anchors.
• Step 4 – Inspect wiring strain:
  • Ensure that tightening the bracket does not strain the input wiring or conduit.
• Step 5 – Replace bracket if bent:
  • If the wall mounting bracket is deformed, replace it with a new OEM bracket.
