Charger enclosure vibrates or rattles when the contactor engages or during charging.

Safety first: Turn OFF power before tightening mounting hardware or opening the unit.

• Step 1 – Check mounting screws: Ensure all wall anchors and screws holding the Chevrolet charger are tight and appropriate for the wall material.
• Step 2 – Add backing support: If mounted on thin siding or drywall, add a solid backing board to reduce vibration.
• Step 3 – Internal check: With power OFF, open the enclosure and verify that the contactor, PCB, and terminal blocks are firmly secured.
• Step 4 – Test operation: After tightening, restore power and observe if the vibration is reduced.
