Safety first: Avoid using sharp tools on the touch surface.
- Step 1 – Clean surface: Gently clean the front panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then dry completely. Do not use solvents.
- Step 2 – Power cycle: Turn OFF the breaker for 2 minutes, then ON, and test the controls again.
- Step 3 – Connector check (power OFF): Open the enclosure and verify the touch panel or button harness is securely connected to the control board.
