Charger’s start/stop button or touch controls are unresponsive or trigger randomly.

Safety first: Avoid using sharp tools on the touch surface.

• Step 1 – Clean surface: Gently clean the front panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then dry completely. Do not use solvents.
• Step 2 – Power cycle: Turn OFF the breaker for 2 minutes, then ON, and test the controls again.
• Step 3 – Connector check (power OFF): Open the enclosure and verify the touch panel or button harness is securely connected to the control board.
• Step 4 – Firmware update: Use the app to check for firmware updates that may address touch sensitivity issues.
• Step 5 – Replace touch panel: If the issue persists, replace the front touch/button panel assembly.
