How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Treat generic internal faults seriously. Do not attempt to bypass safety features.
- Step 1 – Full power cycle: Turn OFF the breaker for at least 5 minutes to fully discharge internal capacitors. Turn ON and observe if E14 returns.
- Step 2 – Firmware recovery: If supported, use the Electrify America app to attempt a firmware repair or reinstallation.
- Step 3 – Visual inspection (power OFF): Open the enclosure and inspect the main control board for burned components, bulging capacitors, or corrosion.
