How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the main panel cover and use a qualified electrician for live measurements. Do not touch exposed bus bars.

  • Step 1 – Check breaker: Verify the dedicated "Electrify Home" charger breaker is in the ON position. If tripped, reset once. If it trips again, stop and call an electrician.
  • Step 2 – Test another load: If possible, temporarily connect another load to the same circuit (by an electrician) to confirm power availability.
  • Step 3 – Inspect input wiring: With power OFF and cover removed, check that L1, L2, and ground are securely landed on the charger’s input terminal block.
