Safety first: No need to open the unit; this is a configuration issue.
- Step 1 – Verify time: In the "Electrify Home" app or charger menu, confirm the current time, date, and timezone are correct.
- Step 2 – Simplify schedules: Delete all existing schedules and create a single simple schedule to test behavior.
- Step 3 – Check vehicle settings: Disable any charging schedules set in the vehicle to avoid conflicts, or use only one scheduling system.
- Step 4 – Firmware update: Update charger firmware to the latest version to fix known scheduling bugs.
- Step 5 – Factory reset: If issues persist, perform a factory reset and reconfigure schedules from scratch.
