• Step 1 – Check wall mount: Verify that the "Electrify Home" charger is firmly attached to wall studs or anchors and that all mounting screws are tight.
• Step 2 – Tighten enclosure screws: Ensure all front cover and side screws are installed and snug.
• Step 3 – Internal brackets: With power OFF and cover removed, tighten screws on internal brackets holding the contactor, power module, and boards.
• Step 4 – Add vibration pads: If the wall is thin or resonant, consider adding rubber washers or pads between the charger and wall (following manufacturer guidelines).
