How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the front cover.
- Step 1 – Clean surface: Wipe the front panel of the "Electrify Home" charger with a dry, lint‑free cloth to remove dirt or moisture.
- Step 2 – Power cycle: Turn the breaker OFF for 2 minutes, then ON to reset the UI controller.
- Step 3 – Inspect UI board: With power OFF, remove the cover and ensure the UI board is firmly mounted and its connectors are secure.
- Step 4 – Dry moisture: If condensation is present, dry the area and improve weather sealing.
- Step 5 – Replace UI board: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface board.
