Charger’s display is dim, flickering, or unreadable, but charging still works via the app.

Safety: Turn OFF power before removing the front cover.

• Step 1 – App control: Use the Enel X app to operate the charger while diagnosing the display.
• Step 2 – Inspect front panel: Look for cracks or moisture under the display window.
• Step 3 – Reseat ribbon cable: With power OFF, open the unit and carefully reseat the display ribbon cable on both the display and main board.
• Step 4 – Replace display: If the display remains dim or flickering, replace the display/HMI module.
