How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: If behavior is erratic, stop using the charger until it is stable.
- Step 1 – Power cycle: Turn OFF the breaker for 5 minutes, then turn it back ON.
- Step 2 – Firmware reinstall: Using the Enel X app, reinstall or update to the latest stable firmware.
- Step 3 – Factory reset: Perform a factory reset and reconfigure the charger.
- Resolution: If erratic behavior continues, replace the main control board and report the issue to Enel X support with logs from the app.
