Possible Causes

Supply voltage below minimum rating, Undersized or long supply cable causing voltage drop, Loose line connection at terminal block, Faulty input voltage sensor on control board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Low voltage can cause overheating. Do not force operation if undervoltage persists.

  • Step 1 – Check other loads: Turn off large household loads (HVAC, ovens) and see if the error clears, indicating a supply sag issue.
  • Step 2 – Inspect terminal block: With power OFF, remove the cover and tighten the line and neutral terminals on the input block. Look for discoloration or melted insulation.
  • Step 3 – Measure voltage (electrician): Have an electrician measure voltage at the charger while under load. If it drops below the charger’s minimum (e.g., 200 V), the supply wiring may be undersized or too long.
  • Step 4 – Correct wiring: Upgrade the supply cable gauge or shorten the run as needed to reduce voltage drop.
  • Step 5 – Control board check: If supply voltage is stable and within spec but E07 remains, the input voltage sensing circuit on the main control board may be faulty and require replacement.
