Possible Causes
Faulty Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth module, Loose communication daughterboard, Firmware mismatch between main board and comms module, Damaged antenna or RF cable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Network faults are not electrical hazards, but always turn OFF power before opening the enclosure.
- Step 1 – Reboot: Turn OFF the breaker for 2–3 minutes, then turn it back ON. Check if E15 clears.
- Step 2 – Check signal: Ensure the charger is within range of the Wi‑Fi router and that the network is functioning.
- Step 3 – Firmware sync: Use the Enel X app to check for firmware updates. Apply updates to both the main controller and communication module if prompted.
- Step 4 – Internal module check: With power OFF and cover removed, locate the communication module (often a small daughterboard). Ensure it is firmly seated in its socket and that the antenna cable is connected.
- Resolution: If E15 persists, replace the communication module. If a new module does not resolve the error, the main control board may be incompatible or faulty.
