How to Fix / Troubleshooting
High-voltage warning: Work inside panels only if you are qualified. Otherwise, stop at visual checks and call an electrician.
- Check breaker: Locate the dedicated Enphase EV charger breaker in your panel. Ensure it is in the ON position. If tripped, reset once. If it trips again, do not force it; call an electrician.
- Verify outlet (if plug-in model): For plug-in Enphase chargers, test the receptacle with another high-load device or a voltage tester.
- Inspect external wiring: Look for obvious damage to conduit, junction boxes, or the charger housing.
- Internal fuse (technician): A service technician can open the charger, test and replace any internal fuses, and verify line voltage at the input terminals.
