Charger enclosure vibrates noticeably or rattles when vehicle is charging at high current.

Note: Vibration can lead to long-term damage if not corrected.

• Tighten mounting: With power OFF, check all wall-mount screws and brackets. Tighten to manufacturer-recommended torque.
• Check wall structure: Ensure the charger is mounted to solid studs or masonry, not just drywall.
• Listen for internal rattle: If noise persists, internal components may be loose. Do not open the unit yourself if it voids warranty.
• Service: A technician can open the charger, add or tighten internal fasteners, and apply damping where appropriate.
