EO charger’s Type 2 socket flap or cover is broken or will not close properly.

• Inspect hinge and latch: Check for cracks, missing pieces, or misalignment of the socket cover.
• Verify mounting alignment: Ensure the charger is mounted flat and not twisted, which can stress the cover.
• Temporary protection: If you must use the charger before repair, protect the socket from rain with a suitable cover, but do not block ventilation or trap moisture.
• Replace cover or front fascia: Order and fit the EO‑specific replacement socket cover or front fascia assembly according to EO instructions.
