• Check configuration: In the EO app or installer portal, verify that dynamic load management is configured correctly and that the CT type and rating match the installed hardware.
• Inspect CT installation: At the main distribution board, confirm that the CT is clamped around the correct conductor (typically the main live feed) and that the arrow orientation matches the current flow direction specified by EO.
• Check CT wiring: Trace the CT cable from the clamp to the EO charger. Look for damage, tight bends, or pulled‑out conductors. Ensure the CT terminals are firmly connected at the charger.
• Continuity test: With power off, perform a continuity test on the CT cable pair. An open circuit indicates a broken conductor; replace or re‑terminate as needed.
• Disable load management temporarily: If allowed by EO, temporarily disable dynamic load management in settings to confirm that basic charging works. If charging resumes, the issue is isolated to the CT system.
• Replace CT or PCB input: If wiring and configuration are correct but E13 persists, replace the external CT. If the fault remains, the CT input circuitry on the main PCB may be defective.
