Safety first: Standard low‑voltage precautions apply when accessing the RFID module.

- Re‑enroll cards: Delete and re‑add the RFID cards in the management interface, then test again.
- Inspect reader and antenna: With power off, check that the RFID antenna is securely connected and not physically damaged.
- Test with a new card: Try enrolling and using a new RFID card to determine whether the issue is with the reader or the existing cards.
- Replace RFID module: If no cards are recognized and configuration is correct, replace the RFID reader module.
