• Check breaker: Verify that the dedicated EVBox circuit breaker is in the ON position and has not tripped. Reset if necessary and observe if it trips again.
• Test another load: If possible, temporarily connect another device to the same circuit (via a test outlet) to confirm supply power is present.
• Inspect input terminals (qualified): With power off, open the EVBox and check that line and neutral conductors are securely clamped in the terminal block.
• Check internal fuse: Locate any internal fuses on the main/power board. If blown, investigate for short circuits before replacing with the exact same type and rating.
• If the unit remains dead: The internal low‑voltage power supply or main board is likely faulty and should be replaced.
