Charger’s enclosure is loose, cracked, or vibrating; mounting appears unstable.

Safety: A loose enclosure can stress internal wiring and seals. Address promptly.

• Inspect mounting: Check that all mounting screws are present and tight, and that the wall or post is sound.
• Replace anchors: If anchors are loose or pulling out, reinstall using appropriate anchors for the wall material as per EVBox installation guide.
• Check for cracks: Inspect the plastic housing for cracks that could compromise weather sealing; replace the enclosure if damaged.
• Verify cable strain relief: Ensure the cable gland or strain relief is intact so that cable movement does not pull on internal terminals.
