Possible Causes

Supply voltage below EVBox minimum, Loose line or neutral connection at terminal block, Undersized supply cable causing voltage drop, Faulty input voltage sensor on main board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Low voltage can cause overheating. Do not continue to use the charger if lights flicker or the unit repeatedly resets.

  • Check for general power issues: Verify if other appliances on the same circuit or in the home are dimming or resetting. This may indicate a supply problem.
  • Inspect terminal connections (qualified): With power off, open the EVBox and check that all line and neutral terminals are tight and that no copper is exposed outside the clamps.
  • Measure voltage under load: Have an electrician measure voltage at the EVBox while a charging session is attempted. Excessive drop indicates undersized wiring or supply issues.
  • Correct wiring or supply: If the supply cable is undersized or too long, have it upgraded to the correct cross‑section as per EVBox installation guidelines.
  • If supply is stable but E007 persists: The voltage sensing circuit on the main board may be defective and require board replacement.
