Scheduling / Timer Malfunction
Scheduled charging does not start at the programmed time, or starts at unexpected times.

Possible Causes
Incorrect time or timezone settings, Conflicting schedules between EV and EVBox, RTC drift, Backend schedule not synced to charger
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: Scheduling issues are usually configuration‑related.
- Verify time: In the EVBox app, confirm that the charger time and timezone are correct.
- Check EV settings: Many EVs have their own charging schedules; disable the vehicle schedule or ensure it matches the EVBox schedule.
- Use one scheduler: Prefer to use either the EVBox schedule or the vehicle schedule, not both.
- Sync with backend: Ensure the charger is online so that any schedule changes are pushed to the device.
- If schedules still misfire: The RTC or firmware may be at fault; update firmware or replace the main board if timekeeping is unreliable.
