- Reconnect plug: Unplug and firmly reinsert the connector into the vehicle until fully seated and latched.
- Test with another EV or cable (if socketed): Determine whether the issue follows the vehicle or the charger.
- Review schedule: Ensure no delayed charging schedule is active that would prevent immediate start.
- If still no start: The control pilot circuit or access control logic may be faulty; contact a technician to test and possibly replace the cable or main board.
