Possible Causes
Failed internal Wi-Fi module, Loose antenna connection, Corrupted network configuration, Interference or very weak Wi-Fi signal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Network faults do not affect electrical safety, but do not open the charger with power ON.
- Check router and internet: Verify your home Wi-Fi is working and that other devices can connect.
- Signal strength: If the charger is far from the router or behind thick walls, consider moving the router, adding a Wi-Fi extender, or using Ethernet (if supported).
- Reconfigure Wi-Fi: Use the FLO app to forget and re-add the charger to your network, following FLO’s pairing instructions.
- Power-cycle: Turn OFF the breaker for 2 minutes, then ON, and retry connection.
- If E16 persists: The internal Wi-Fi / communication module or its antenna may be defective. A technician can open the unit, reseat or replace the module and antenna.
