How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not interrupt power during firmware updates unless instructed by FLO.
- Check FLO app or portal: Look for pending firmware updates and follow FLO’s instructions to complete or retry the update.
- Stable network: Ensure the charger has a stable network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) during the update process.
- Do not power-cycle mid-update: Wait until the app or charger indicates the update is complete before turning power OFF.
- If E19 persists: Contact FLO support for the correct firmware package. A technician may need to reflash the main control board or replace it if firmware cannot be recovered.
