Possible Causes

Unstable internet connection at site, DNS or firewall blocking go-e servers, Outdated firmware with cloud bugs, Weak Wi-Fi signal at charger

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Note: This affects remote control and logging, not core charging.

  • Check internet: Verify that other devices on the same network have stable internet access.
  • Router settings: Ensure that outbound connections to go-e cloud domains/ports are not blocked by firewall rules.
  • Update firmware: Install the latest firmware to benefit from cloud connectivity improvements.
  • Improve Wi-Fi: Strengthen Wi-Fi signal at the charger using a closer router or repeater, or switch to Ethernet if supported.
