Charger’s front LEDs or display segments are partially not working or very dim, but charging still functions.

Note: This is mainly a usability issue; ensure you can still read status via the app.

• Check via app: Confirm that all status information is available in the go-e app as a workaround.
• Inspect connections: With power off, open the housing and check the ribbon cable or connector between the control board and LED/display board.
• Look for damage: Inspect the LED board for corrosion or cracks. Replace the LED/display board if damaged.
• Replace control board if driver faulty: If LEDs are intact but not driven correctly, the LED driver on the control board may be defective and require board replacement.
