Possible Causes
Tripped or faulty EVSE breaker, Loose line connections at input terminal block, Failed internal auxiliary power supply module, Blown internal fuse on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety warning: Always verify the circuit is de‑energized before opening the charger. Use a non‑contact tester and a multimeter.
- Check breaker: Confirm the dedicated GoCable breaker in your panel is in the ON position and has not tripped. Reset if necessary.
- Verify line voltage at charger: A qualified person should measure voltage at the charger input terminals. If no voltage is present, the issue is upstream (wiring or breaker).
- Inspect internal fuse: With power OFF, open the unit and locate any internal fuses on the control or power supply board. Test with a meter and replace only with identical type and rating.
- Check auxiliary power supply: Look for an LED indicator on the low‑voltage power module. If off and input voltage is present, the module may be defective.
- Replace faulty module: Replace the auxiliary power supply module or main control board if it includes the PSU.
