Charger enclosure vibrates or rattles noticeably when contactor pulls in or fan runs.

Safety note: Vibration can loosen electrical connections over time.

• Check wall mounting: Ensure all mounting screws are tight and anchored into solid structure (studs or masonry).
• Add spacers or damping: Use rubber washers or spacers between the charger and wall to reduce resonance if recommended by GoCable.
• Secure internal parts: With power OFF, tighten screws holding the contactor, power module, and fan.
• Replace fan: If vibration is clearly from the fan, replace the cooling fan assembly.
