Possible Causes
Defective RFID reader module, Damaged front panel, Corrupted user database, Loose RFID reader cable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This affects access control, not the power electronics directly.
- Try alternate authentication: If supported, use the GoCable app or PIN code instead of RFID to start a session.
- Clean RFID area: Wipe the RFID reader surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt or stickers that may interfere.
- Re‑register cards: Use the admin menu or app to delete and re‑add RFID cards.
- Inspect RFID module: With power OFF, open the front panel and ensure the RFID reader board is securely connected to the main control board via its ribbon or cable.
- Firmware/database reset: Perform a user database reset if available, then re‑enroll users.
- Persistent E17: Replace the RFID reader module or, if that fails, the front user interface board.
