How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety note: The UI board is usually low voltage, but still disconnect mains before opening the unit.

  • Power cycle: Turn the breaker off and on to see if the display recovers.
  • Inspect ribbon cable: With power OFF, open the front cover and reseat the ribbon or connector between the display board and main control board.
  • Check for moisture: Look for condensation or corrosion on the UI board. If present, dry thoroughly and improve enclosure sealing.
  • Replace UI board: If the display remains unreadable, replace the front user interface / display board.
