RFID cards or fobs are not recognized; charger stays locked even though display is normal.

Note: This is an access control issue; charging hardware may be fine.

• Test multiple cards: Try more than one authorized RFID card or fob.
• Present card correctly: Hold the card flat against the marked reader area for a few seconds.
• Check mounting: If the charger is mounted on a metal post or plate, ensure there is the recommended spacer behind the RFID area to reduce interference.
• Re‑enroll cards: Use the admin menu or app to delete and re‑add RFID credentials.
• Replace RFID module: If cards still are not detected, replace the RFID reader module.
