Possible Causes
Incorrect wiring of feedback contacts, Failed auxiliary contact on contactor, Loose feedback connector on control board, Control board feedback circuit failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power before inspection.
- Identify feedback wiring: Locate the auxiliary contacts on the contactor (if used) and trace their wires back to the control board.
- Check terminations: Ensure all feedback wires are firmly attached and not broken.
- Test auxiliary contact: With the contactor manually actuated (power OFF), verify continuity across the auxiliary contact using a multimeter.
- Resolution: Replace the contactor if the auxiliary contact is defective. If the auxiliary contact is good, the feedback input on the main control board may be faulty.
