• Check wall mount: Verify that all mounting screws are tight and anchored into solid structure (studs or masonry).
• Inspect internal hardware: With cover removed, tighten screws securing the backplate, contactor, and terminal block.
• Relieve cable strain: Ensure the EV cable is supported and not pulling downward excessively on the enclosure.
• Test: After reassembly, start a charge session and listen for improvement. Persistent severe vibration may indicate a failing contactor that should be replaced.
