Safety: Ensure the vehicle is in Park and powered down per manufacturer instructions before connecting/disconnecting.

• Inspect connector: Check the J1772 handle for dirt, corrosion, or bent pins. Clean with a dry brush and non‑residue contact cleaner.
• Firm connection: Insert the connector fully until you hear/feel the latch click. A partial insertion can prevent charging.
• Test another EV or EVSE: Try charging a different vehicle with the Grizzl‑E, and try your vehicle on another EVSE to isolate whether the issue is charger‑side or vehicle‑side.
• Check cable strain relief: Excessive bending near the handle can damage internal conductors; if suspected, replace the cable assembly.
