Safety: Always disconnect from mains before cleaning connectors.

• Check vehicle settings: Verify in the vehicle menu that immediate charging is enabled and that no departure time or charge window is blocking charging.
• Reinsert connector: Unplug and firmly reinsert the J+ Booster connector until fully seated and latched.
• Inspect and clean: Examine the connector and vehicle inlet for dirt, insects, or foreign objects. Clean gently with a dry, soft brush.
• Try another charger or cable: If another EVSE works fine with the same vehicle, the issue is likely with the J+ Booster connector or cable.
• Intermittent behavior: If wiggling the connector starts charging, the connector assembly may be worn and should be replaced.
