Safety: Do not forcefully pull the connector; this can damage both charger and vehicle.

• Ensure charging is stopped: End the session via the vehicle and wait for any lock/unlock sounds.
• Use vehicle unlock function: Many vehicles have a specific button or menu to release the charging cable; use it.
• Gently support connector: While the vehicle attempts to unlock, gently support (but do not pull hard on) the connector to relieve tension.
• Check for ice or debris: In cold or dirty environments, inspect around the inlet for ice or dirt and gently clear it.
• If still stuck: Consult the vehicle manual for emergency release procedures. The J+ Booster connector itself rarely causes lock faults but should be inspected for deformation once removed.
