• Step 1 – Check ambient and installation: Ensure the Jaguar wallbox has adequate ventilation and is not exposed to direct sun or heat sources.
• Step 2 – Monitor temperature: Use the app (if supported) to check internal temperature readings during a charge. If near maximum, reduce current limit in settings.
• Step 3 – Inspect cable: Look for hot spots, kinks, or damage along the tethered cable immediately after a session. Replace if any soft or discolored areas are found.
• Step 4 – Tighten power connections: With power OFF, tighten all high-current terminals (input and output) and inspect the contactor for signs of overheating.
• Step 5 – Supply stability: Have an electrician check for voltage dips or flicker on the circuit feeding the charger.
